What Has Been Happening at RockWall Cottage?
On Friday, my daughter and I spent the morning at the Quilt, Craft & Sewing Festival at the Puyallup fairgrounds. I am not a sewing enthusiast and it was a grand adventure into the sewing and fabric world my daughter loves. (Maybe it was the single dress I made for her as a toddler because I wanted to be a good mother!) I have never seen so many beautiful quilts in one place!

The leaves are falling and the days grow shorter. We are preparing for Winter while still enjoying Fall. This glorious moment was taken from the window of our favorite restaurant here in our small town.
Speaking of our restaurant! When the weather is nice we can walk there—and sit on the patio in the summer.

From now until Christmas, I will be using the Saturday content slot to compile a series that I will be posting on Facebook. My plan and how it came to be is explained below. Why a purple elephant?
