What Has Been Happening at RockWall Cottage?
Thanksgiving! Lots of Thanksgiving—first with our neighbors and then, the next day with our family. Lots of food, conversations, laughter, and thankfulness. It was also a week of healing for me and on Sunday, we walked to the small United Methodist Church near the cottage. My choice to attend this church, on the first Sunday of Advent, is a story worth telling, but not today. I will hold that story close to my heart for a while.
News, Highlights from Previous Weeks, What’s Coming, and Other Stuff
I hope you enjoyed the eclectic content last week. This week I will return to complete the We Do Therapy Series by mid-December. Some have asked for more so you can watch for that after the first of the year.
The Purple Elephant Trauma Series will also return this week with content explaining the connection between attachment and resilience.
I am enjoying the AI images of purple elephants. The first one is a bit hard to explain—it is all in how you ask the question. I did better the second time.

Again, for any of my readers who are not able to look forward to the holidays, I understand and for that reason, I will not overdo holiday content. Many of my most difficult memories occurred during this season and impacted my ability to enjoy holidays. My holiday preparations include self-care!
