Series: It's All About Me - Justice & Advocacy
All the links to series posts in one easy-to-find location!
Sometimes, what I write is personal. That doesn’t necessarily mean it is heavy, though sometimes it is. It is often me just wandering about and enjoying my life. At seventy-one, that seems like an important thing to do. I also have a varied background—one can do many things in that number of years! I have enjoyed gathering my interests, life memories, skills, careers, and backgrounds in this writing space. Most “about me” posts seemed to belong in the following three categories and will be included in separate posts: Delight, Advocacy & Justice, and A Journey of Healing.
Seeking Justice and Advocacy Series
As one committed to seeking justice, there are numerous reasons for me to be angry. These posts go through numerous edits before what I say moves beyond venting and provides focus and hope. The first draft is important for me, but not generally for the world. These posts are most often about things that should not have happened to me—or others—and hopefully, express paths to change the future or repair the harm.
